Bob's career includes extensive experience as a controller for companies in both service and manufacturing, as well as prior ownership experience in a CPA firm. His background also includes substantial merger-and-acquisition work.
Since 2004, Bob has applied that financial and transaction experience to the dental industry, helping practice owners better understand valuation, financial performance, acquisitions and practice transitions.
Bob earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business. His dental-industry work has also included presentations to professional dental organizations and the University of Pittsburgh Dental School.
Through related dental brokerage organizations, Bob also works with practice owners on the transaction side of dental practice transitions. DAAS remains focused on the accounting, valuation and advisory work that helps owners make informed decisions before, during and after a transition.
